LifeArmor is a comprehensive learning and self-management tool to assist members of the military community with common mental health concerns. Designed to reflect current clinical standards of care, the mTBI Pocket Guide mobile application can help you improve quality of care and clinical outcomes for patients.
PTSD Coach was developed to help people who have, or may have, PTSD. PTSD Coach offers a number of simple and effective ways to:
- Manage symptoms like troubling memories, sleeplessness, anger, and nightmares.
- Understand PTSD’s causes, development, treatment, and the recovery process.
- Find support in your community, either from people you know or public resources.
PE Coach will help providers and patients overcome certain barriers to PE implementation, dissemination, and adherence.

The Positive Activity Jackpot app uses augmented reality technology to combine a phone’s GPS and camera to find nearby enjoyable activities or pleasant diversions.

Social network
POS REP
POS REP (short for "position report") is a mobile, proximity-based social network made expressly for the military veteran community.
The inspiration for POS REP is Sgt Clay Hunt, USMC (1982-2011). Clay Hunt served in the Marine Corps with POS REP Co-Founder Jake Wood and deployed in the same sniper section to both Iraq and Afghanistan. Clay returned to civilian life deeply scarred with the mental and emotional wounds of war, and as a result, served as a leading national advocate for veterans with PTSD.
Clay moved back to Houston in late 2010 finding himself isolated, misunderstood and depressed. Tragically, Clay took his own life in March 2011. At the memorial service Wood discovered that within 15 miles of Clay’s apartment had lived 3 Marines with whom they had both served – Clay had in fact not been alone.
POS REP was developed to prevent the next Clay Hunt from happening again.
Over the next five years, an estimated one million U.S. military servicemembers will take off the uniform. POS REP will keep veterans connected to their existing military network while helping them discover veterans and resources in their communities. Additionally, POS REP will serve as a universal mobile platform for the non-profit, government and private sector organizations that support veterans reintegration.

IMPACT (Injured Military Personnel Assisting Combat Troops) is driven by a simple question posed by a number of severely injured Wounded Warriors at Walter Reed Army Medical Center – How can I get back to my Unit? IMPACT was created to allow these Wounded Warriors to share their invaluable 1st person lessons/insights with one another – thus putting them virtually back in their units.
IMPACT is designed to serve a diverse yet incredibly tight group of men and women – the joint services C-IED Community. The goal of the app is to provide meaningful connectivity between the active duty members of this community, the Wounded Warriors, and the families who support their wounded sons, daughters, and spouses. We have created a social platform that will allow members to share and benefit from the life-saving lessons and support that exist in abundance in this community. Our network is a secure collaboration environment where members can feel comfortable creating and sharing videos, pictures, text, and links centered around enriching the lives of those who have given so much for our country.
Wounded Warrior (free)
This application provides information and resources for Marines, veterans, family members and caregivers regarding the recovery of wounded, ill and injured Marines. The Wounded Warrior Regiment (WWR) is a Marine Corps unit that provides and facilitates non-medical care to wounded, ill and injured Marines and their family members in order to assist them as they return to duty or transition to civilian life. We assist active, reserve and veteran Marines.
