Express Mail® Label for Returning Military Absentee Ballot Mail

Military personnel with APO/FPO addresses and Americans living abroad can now return absentee ballots via Express Mail using Label 11-DOD.

The unique Express Mail label is only for absentee ballots from Military Post Offices™ overseas. It can be stuck to the upper right corner of any size ballot envelope. Voter keeps a portion of the label to track their ballots.
